How to Customize

Welcome to Tennessee Laserworks! Here, you'll find all the information you need to order your customized product. We offer three easy ways to personalize your item, and we’ll guide you through each step.

 

OPTION 1: BROWSE Our Image Catalog

For items that allow personalization, you'll see an option to enter an Image ID. Simply browse our Image Catalog to find an image you like. Hover over the image (or tap once on mobile) to reveal the Image ID and name. Be sure to note these details as you’ll need to enter them on the product page when customizing your item.

If you're choosing a monogram, name, or custom text design, please type the exact wording in the "Special Instructions" field on the product order page. Double-check the spelling, as your text will be engraved exactly as entered.

Mobile Users: When viewing categories, tap the image once to see the category name, then tap the category name to load the images. (Tapping elsewhere on the tile won’t work.)

 

OPTION 2: VISIT our partner site

We’re excited to partner with Creative Meadow, offering you access to thousands of their images engraved for free! To use one of their designs, simply find your preferred image and enter the details in the "Image Details" field on the product order page. The easiest way is to copy the URL of the specific image. On mobile, if this is tricky, just provide the name and a description of the image (since some images share the same name, the description is important).

 

OPTION 3: UPLOAD your own image

 You can also upload your own image for engraving! There is a $5 customization fee to cover the additional setup time. This assumes your image is "print-ready" and requires no major modifications. If your image needs design adjustments, we will contact you with an estimate before proceeding.

 

A Note About Image Size and Placement

While any image can be engraved on any personalized item, not all images will suit every product shape. For example, a short, wide image might not look good on a tall, narrow item. If you have specific preferences for how your image should be positioned, please include those details in the "Special Instructions" field. If left blank, we’ll use our best judgment for placement.
